The weather in Athens in September sees an average daytime high temperature of 29°C on the hottest days. The average during the day will be 22°C, dipping to 18°C on rare cooler days. The temperature at night will be around 19°C.
The wedding dress code: Chic & glamorous!
The venue is located in the area of Sounio. Sounio is famous for its splendid Temple of Poseidon, one of the most celebrated archaeological sites in Europe and the second most important ancient temple in Attica. Uber is a great transportation method that also works in Athens (regular taxis arrive). Also, your hotel reception will be able to hire a taxi upon request. For after the wedding, we will have a van from midnight until 4am to transport the guests back to their hotels.
Both ceremony and reception will be outdoors. In an unlikely case of rain both will be relocated under the roof at the same locations.
We recommend you to arrive 15-30 mins prior to the ceremony so you can enjoy a chat and grab a seat before so we can start according to the plan!
Once we finish our ceremony, the wedding party and family will do some photos. Cocktails and finger food will be available for the guests along with some nice cocktail music.
